Please browse the website for the items you'd like to purchase, then follow these steps:

  1. Add your selected items to your cart.
  2. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to view your cart.
  3. Enter your delivery address during the checkout process.
  4. Choose your preferred payment option from the available choices, which may include cash on delivery, card on delivery, credit card online, or Visa debit card online.
  5. Finally, confirm your checkout and place your order.

Please check your emails for an order confirmation. If you haven't received one, log into your account on mahakimahalo.co to ensure your email address is correct.

If you still haven't received an email or don't see the order in your account, please contact your vendor or reach out to us with your query.

Your order will be prepared for you, and your order confirmation email will remind you of your order details

If you haven't received your order, please reach out to your vendor directly to inquire about its status. Alternatively, feel free to contact us with your query.

Please note that each vendor has different processing times, which could be the reason for any delays. Thank you for your understanding.

As per our process, please reply to your order confirmation email if you need to change your order address.

Once you've received a response from your vendor(s), you can log into your account on mahakimahalo.com and update your delivery address.

Please note: After placing an order, the only way to request a change to your delivery address is by replying to your order confirmation email.

If you wish to cancel your order, log into your account > view orders and attempt to do so. However, if your order status is "processing," cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, please reach out to discuss with your vendor(s) directly. 

To address any concerns regarding your order, please respond directly to your order confirmation email or reach out to your vendor directly.  In some cases it is not avoidable if the item has already been sent out for delivery.
